My Approach to Therapy:
As a therapist, I see the work of therapy as a transformative experience with the potential to leave individuals feeling more in tune with their inner selves and more connected within their external worlds. I work with clients with intersectional identities, families dealing with entrenched conflict, those in romantic partnerships (both monogamous and CNM), and people seeking support around anxiety and depression. Clients will enter a safe environment with me where self-exploration, deep self-reflection, and self-accountability will lead to new and healthier ways of functioning and deeper understandings of how they can live self-affirming and supportive lives. I support clients from many walks of life, including BIPOC individuals, those identifying as LGTQAI+, and those in the disabled community. I specialize in supporting people around challenges within their romantic relationships (open and monogamous) and individuals in the kink community. I use several different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Gottman Method, and Mindfulness Tools. Please reach out and schedule a consult if any of this resonates with you. I look forward to joining you on your path to healing and growth.
