My Approach to Therapy:

Hi, I’m Humza! I’m a queer, transmasculine, gender-expansive, neurodivergent South Asian therapist who’s passionate about creating space where you can show up as your authentic self. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens together, in a collaborative, relational process. I specialize in working with individuals exploring identity, cultural upbringing, relationships, and self-expression, many of whom identify as queer, neurodivergent, trans, POC, poly, or kinky.

As a queer South Asian raised in an immigrant Muslim family, I bring lived experience to my work and connect deeply with clients navigating similar intersections. My approach blends trauma-responsive care with psychodynamic, humanistic, and behavioral methods. I’m committed to creating an inclusive space where you can grow and feel seen, with the option to integrate spiritual practices like tarot, astrology, or intuitive tools if that resonates.

I believe healing is a personal journey that’s uniquely yours—one that honors your individual experiences, values, and vision for the future. My goal is to support you in discovering and embracing your authentic path toward growth and self-discovery.
