My Approach to Therapy:

Welcome to my practice! I am a bilingual Spanish/English therapist that works with adults, young adults, and adolescents to help improve their overall quality of life. Whether you have a history of anxiety, depression, or mood disorder, or you are at the moment going through a difficult time in your life, therapy can help you to cope with your symptoms, and find ways to make changes in your life. I also work with parents to help them cope with the stress-related symptoms of having children with special needs/disabilities and mental health issues.
I use different types of therapy modalities according to your needs. The most common modality I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help change thinking and behavioral patterns that could be getting in your way to accomplishing your goals and objectives. Other types of modalities used in my practice are Interpersonal, Psychodynamic, and Supportive therapy
I provide a supportive environment to help my clients feel safe and accepted when sharing the most difficult issues in their lives. I invite you to start a new journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance and work together toward ways to find moments of fulfillment and experience happiness.
