I focus on helping others process difficult changes and/or emotions by showing clients how to align their goals with their true inner values. I utilize an eclectic, multidimensional, and evidence-based therapeutic approach. Each session is tailored specifically to your own unique needs. I focus on the whole person healing and provide practical tools to be used in everyday life. We are physical, social, emotional, and spiritual beings. When we are not living a life that fully represents who we are at our core, it can lead to feelings of decreased motivation, dissatisfaction, overwhelm, and burnout. I meet each individual as they are and help them explore and work through their own unique needs.
