My Approach to Therapy:

I employ a feminist-multicultural solution-oriented approach. Strategies and interventions from DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches are employed as needed. I primarily provide individual, and family therapy, and also conduct psychoeducational evaluations for ADHD. Other languages: Urdu/Hindi. I specialize working with Muslim and South Asian populations, as well as recent immigrants/refugees, and communities of color.
