I have particular expertise in the treatment of anxiety, depression and other problems related to trauma and abuse. I also welcome clients who want to learn more about themselves and explore their racial, sexual or gender identities.
I am trained in psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive behavioral treatment but I believe a good therapeutic fit and sense of connection are particularly important to meaningful change.
