My Approach to Therapy:
I provide personalized support for caregivers, grievers, and identity explorers. Are you navigating life in a family impacted by cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's or dementia? Are you living with grief/loss? Are you exploring your sexuality/gender? Do you live between racial/ethnic worlds (e.g., biracial, multiethnic)? Whether you’ve just started a new phase of life, are exploring something new, figuring out who you are, or grieving what used to be and what you thought your future would look like, you’ve come to the right place. I’m here to journey with you when you’re ready.
I believe that everyone is inherently worthy of being heard and supported. I use a collaborative/integrative approach to therapy through a social justice lens, weaving together a variety of approaches tailored to your specific goals. I believe in the value of understanding you in your environment in order to assist you in navigating complicated systems.
