My Approach to Therapy:

Hi there! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, offering psychiatric treatment and medication management via telehealth in MA. My main goal as a healthcare provider is to share with you as much information as I can regarding your mental health condition(s) and treatment options (including psychotropic medications) so that you can make an informed decision about your health. I want you to know that I highly value your input and perspective since you know better than anyone else what your experience is and what your goals are.

I always aim to create a space that is welcoming, safe, genuine, and understanding. With this as the foundation I believe there’s a lot we can achieve together. : ) I have a passion for working with those who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color), folks from the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals with extensive trauma histories. I, myself, identify as a queer, Colombian and Salvadorian cis woman, and child of immigrants.

Feel free to reach out and we can set up an evaluation and talk about treatment options. You can also meet my 2 cats - Kitty and JJ and I'd be excited to meet any or all of your pets!
