As a therapist, I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are and providing a collaborative space tailored to the needs of each person. As such, I’m a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is a key component in helping my clients create long lasting change. Through our work together, you will learn how to explore your emotions and notice unhelpful ways of thinking. In addition, we will explore the ideas you hold about yourself, others and the world around you. My goal is to help you develop the tools necessary to create a life in which you feel more in control.

I am dedicated to providing a compassionate, inclusive, and affirming space. With regards to diversity and individual difference, I recognizes that each client carries with them a unique set of identities, which can sometimes be a source of tension. I strive to gain an understanding of each person’s unique identities to help them feel supported, and empowered. Additionally, I am passionate about serving underrepresented groups, targeting systems-level issues, and fostering healing from racial trauma. Rate: $200-$300 per session.
