My approach is grounded in contemporary psychodynamic therapy, which looks beneath symptoms to understand the emotional, relational, and unconscious patterns shaping how you experience yourself and others. My approach is pragmatic: we use insight, the therapeutic relationship, and evidence-based techniques flexibly, based on what is most useful for you.
I work with adults navigating self esteem, identity, transitions, relationships, cultural tensions, burnout, and the lonely crisis of realizing the life they've built no longer fits. Many of my clients are high-achieving, seemingly put-together, but something underneath feels misaligned.
