My Approach to Therapy:

My work has focused on helping individuals with anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships (family, platonic, romantic), work-life balance, life transitions, and fostercare/adoption/transracial adoption therapy.

I am focused on facilitating hope and healing through mental health and wellness practices for women and men of color, as well as underrepresented groups in the mental health space. I connect with my clients through my personal experiences, and utilize my professional training (integrating CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic treatment techniques) and creativity to assist my clients with developing and implementing individualized effective strategies to address their challenges.
