My Approach to Therapy:
I offer workshops and seminars that provide essential support for parents managing their own mental health challenges or those of their children, as well as educators working with neurodivergent students. Drawing on expertise in pediatric mental health, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices, this program offers practical tools to build emotional resilience, heal generational patterns, and create nurturing environments at home and in the classroom. Parents will explore strategies to reduce stress, strengthen secure attachments, and support their children's emotional well-being, while educators gain actionable techniques to address diverse needs, including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, and other mental health or behavioral concerns. Through interactive modules, participants learn to apply mindfulness, self-regulation practices, and trauma-sensitive approaches to promote healing and foster meaningful connections. These holistic, skills-focused workshops equip parents and teachers alike to navigate complex dynamics and establish environments where children can thrive emotionally and academically.
