I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits all, therefore in collaboration with you, I will focus on an integrative approach that works for you to gain access to your own internal resources to heal through the hurts and pains you hold within.

I utilize skills and techniques from approaches such as brainspotting, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, mindfulness and strength-based in providing support for individuals and partners to access healing and wellness from: depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, racial trauma, life-transitions, stress, communication, low self-esteem, personal growth, premarital counseling, and relationship challenges.
