My personal style is quite active and humorous and I like to challenge my patients to develop meaningful goals to works towards to better their lives. I like to incorporate different elements of therapy (psychodynamic, ACT, DBT, and motivational interviewing) and medications (if appropriate) to best suit my patients' needs.
