I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 3 Training, which allows me to provide tools on helping couples communicate effectively and transform their relationship. In addition, i have also completed the advanced certification process to become a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, to offer a more holistic and integrative approach to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness while preventing common mental health problems.
