I am a License Certified Social Worker with over 5 years of experience providing Psychodynamic Therapy. I have obtained my MSW from Boston College in 2019, with a special interest in trauma. My approach to therapy is person centered. I take what's written on paper as contextual evidence whereas the real assessment comes from how an individual understands their own experiences. The modalities I tend to rely on are CBT, Narrative, Solution Focused, with a touch of DBT. My objective is to ensure you feel heard, validated, and understood. My goal is to work with you collaboratively to find a way to look, feel, and perform better mentally, physically, spirituality, and emotionally.
