My Approach to Therapy:

I use a trauma informed and common sense approach to therapy. For children and adolescents, I provide Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (5-8 weeks) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (12-15 weeks). For adults, I provide Cognitive Processing Therapy (12-15 weeks). I specialize in therapy for those who have been physically and sexually assaulted.
