Sometimes you get lost and don’t know how to navigate your emotions, meet your needs, or give yourself grace; leading to a life that can feel meaningless, overwhelming or isolating. For the past 6 years I have specialized in working with adolescents and young adults as they unfold into who they are and where they’re meant to be. I currently offer teletherapy services throughout California and In-Person services in Irvine, Ca.
