I work with adolescents and adults struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life stressors. Typically, the individuals I work with want to process past trauma and grief, strengthen interpersonal and communication skills, deepen their understanding of their own behavioral patterns, and increase their distress tolerance and emotional regulation skills. I am fluent in Spanish and have experience and interest in working with latino/a/e first and second generation immigrants. I approach therapy with a variety of modalities, but I specialize in grief counseling and EMDR.
