My Approach to Therapy:
I take a collaborative, compassionate, and individualized approach to therapy. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can comfortably explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to support my clients. I provide individual therapy and tele-health services in Washington, DC, and I have a clinical specialization in treating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and supporting Black mental health. Together, my clients and I work toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
