My Approach to Therapy:
I specialize in working with young adults (20s and 30s) with complex trauma, grief/loss, as well as anxiety and depression. I also focus on relationships, life transitions and work confidence. I enjoy working with clients of color and clients with multicultural backgrounds.
I use an eclectic approach, incorporating EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), as well as elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness and somatic experiencing.
