My Approach to Therapy:
"My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in compassion. I believe people are not broken; we naturally move toward growth when the blocks created by pain, trauma, or disconnection are understood and supported. I practice from a trauma-informed lens and strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard.
I am certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps us understand and care for the different “parts” of you that carry pain or protection. I also practice Imago Relationship Therapy and draw from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) when working with couples, helping partners recognize patterns rooted in attachment wounds and build more secure connection.
As a family therapist, I am trained in systems theory and attuned to relational patterns. Together, we identify cycles that keep you stuck and work toward creating patterns of connection rather than disconnection. My goal is to support deeper connection with yourself and the people who matter most."
