My practice is dedicated to the psychological, emotional, and spiritual well- being of age 16+ adolescents, young adults, and adults. Individual and family therapy are offered in a nonjudgmental and professional atmosphere. My practice is inclusive to all races, ethnicities, nationalities, religious/spiritual beliefs, genders, and sexual orientations. Goal-oriented treatment is offered in a supportive, encouraging, and comforting environment, tailored to the needs of each client. Modalities include EMDR, CBT, Unified Protocol, Express Arts Therapy, Jungian, and Person-Centered among others. My use of empathy, clinical skills, and humor will help you obtain insight, clarity, and courage in order to become your most authentic self.
