We can explore what’s going on currently, along with the ways you've learned to see and relate to yourself in the past. Using cognitive, somatic, and relational therapy approaches, we’ll practice new ways for interacting with yourself and others.Together, we'll create a path towards self-compassion, where all parts of you are welcome.
