My Approach to Therapy:

Are you thriving professionally, yet feeling stuck in your
personal relationships? If so, you're certainly not alone.
Finding fulfillment both personally and professionally can be
a delicate dance. In striving for professional success, it’s easy
to become emotionally disconnected from yourself and the
relationships that matter most.
As the pressure and stress build, you may notice yourself
becoming more irritable, easily frustrated, and struggling to
remain present. It takes a toll on your relationships, leading to
emotional disconnection and increased conflict.
As a Clinical Psychologist, I enjoy helping professionals face
the unique challenges of high-pressure careers while
preserving emotional connection in their personal
relationships.
I specialize in helping clients with relationship challenges,
family conflict, complex trauma (C-PTSD), workplace stress,
imposter syndrome, major life transitions, and college &
career adjustment.
I draw from a variety of relational, insight-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral theoretical
orientations. My Clinical approach is grounded in anti-oppression principles, recognizing the
impact of systems on individuals.
