My Approach to Therapy:

I help clients with a variety of concerns, such as perfectionism, stress, burnout (from work or school), anxiety, and depression. I also help people who are having trouble adjusting to a life transition, such as moving to a new place, beginning college or graduate school, beginning a new job, experiencing a breakup or divorce, or adjusting to a new medical diagnosis. I especially enjoy working with college and graduate students, students and professionals who identify as Latina/o/x or BIPOC, and people diagnosed with autoimmune conditions and other forms of chronic illness. I also have an interest in perinatal mental health and working with people experiencing infertility and/or undergoing fertility treatment, and I am working on receiving more professional development around these topics.
