My Approach to Therapy:
I am fortunate to have experience providing therapy to people from varying backgrounds, and I welcome clients from all walks of life. The populations I work with include children (6+) and adolescents, college students and recent graduates, and adults. I can provide support with anxiety, depression, family conflict, life transitions, academic stress, and disordered eating/body image, Additionally, I have specialized training and work experience with (1) survivors of sexual assault, relationship violence, childhood abuse, and DV and (2) children and adolescents who have experienced multiple hospitalizations and out-of-home placements. I offer a compassionate and attentive presence to my clients in a safe space. I listen carefully, ask questions, and help you process. Together, we can work through your worries, fears, and pain. We can also address the issues that underlay your symptoms, such as trauma, family and relationship issues, shame, or a history of being bullied, excluded, or discriminated against.
