My Approach to Therapy:

The anxiety therapist, who works with clients from diverse walks of ethnic life and others with lived experiences welcome you here to “explore” your options in taking this major step I commend you on; in seeking help. Being the anxiety therapist, I work with clients to “Clean out” and “Reinstall” using various methods suitable to each person’s individual experiences and assessed needs. Clients can expect the experienced anxiety therapist to work with clients, who has experienced domestic violence, peer-related issues, love and family issues, self-esteem challenges, drug and alcohol use problems, depression, life transitions, relationship discord, and many other topics that become prevalent to everyone’s revision process. Methods are selected based on each client’s individual’s needs, with the following as options: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Reality Therapy.
