My Approach to Therapy:

My ideal client is someone who needs to have those difficult conversations and requires a safe environment to have them in. Clients do not always have a goal initially and that is perfectly okay. This is not about having a goal as it is about beginning the journey.
My therapeutic approach is using empathy and a non judgmental approach, this creates a safe environment for clients to talk openly about their feelings and experiences they are unable to have anywhere else.
Struggling with identity, feeling as though no one understands what you are going through can be lonely. Sometimes you can feel all alone even when you are with your friends and family. Maybe it's difficult for you to talk about what is really going on or you simply do not have the words to help others understand. Take your first step, select a time to chat.
