Life’s journey can be complex, but who says you have to stay on the highway? As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping others explore how their past experiences shape them, while supporting their growth into the best version of themselves. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and accepted for who they are. To me, there’s no universal definition of “normal”—it's a personal journey, and I enjoy helping each client discover what that looks like for them. I believe that seeking mental health support should be as empowering and celebrated as hiring a personal trainer for your physical well-being.
