My Approach to Therapy:

WHEN WORDS CAN NOT REACH the places of deep pain, I will accompany you to explore them from a place of compassion through expressive movement and creative art modalities. I am a cisgendered, queer, Dominican-American, first-generation licensed creative arts and dance movement therapist.

I LOOK TO GUIDE YOU through a healing journey that is authentic, honest, and embodied. Collaboratively, I will strive to create a secure container to allow you to bring your body and movement expressions into the dialogue of your healing journey.

LOOKING TO THE PAST AND THE PRESENT, I will guide you through letting go and releasing what no longer serves you, to invite more aligned qualities of your authentic self. Our day to day lives can demand so much of us, at times leaving little room to understand our embodied selves. Our bodies hold so much wisdom and information.
