I specialize in intergenerational and interpersonal trauma, and use an integrative, nervous system approach to treating PTSD/trauma, attachment and relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. I’m experienced in working with BIPOC, and first/second generation immigrants who carry the complexity of being LGBTQ+ in a non-Western cultural context. My goal is to cultivate a safer space for folks who historically haven’t felt safe or affirmed in traditional therapy settings; you deserve a non-judgmental, accepting environment to explore your truest self.
