I approach therapy from a mind-body perspective that is trauma-informed. My training makes me attuned to issues of social justice and cultural sensitivities. I've lived in five different countries and have a background as an advocate before becoming a trauma professional so the importance of empowerment, self-determination and having an integrated identity inform my treatment approach. I try to make the process collaborative so that you don't feel that healing is something "done to you." I approach the role with humility in deference to your emotional pain and unique experiences.
