My Approach to Therapy:

My role as a therapist is to Provide a space for clients to be seen, heard, and to work through the things causing the most pressure or weight is what allows them to grow. I do this through an intersectional, social justice, and strengths-based approach that is grounded in the unique experiences of each individual. I am fluent in Spanish and English, and offer bilingual services. I believe that connection, communication, empowerment, and understanding lead to a place of healing, accepting, and working through the hurdles life gives us. I believe all clients deserve to find connection and enjoyment in order to live the most fulfilled lives they want. I believe that all clients should be seen as humans, through a holistic lens where all aspects of their life, their culture, and the systems they live in affect them in many ways. I believe the client and therapist can both work together to meet the needs and wants clients have in order to find enjoyment and peace. I believe that therapy provides a space for growth, pain, happiness, excitement, and everything in between. I believe every client deserves the same access to therapy services despite their background, income, or identities.
