My Approach to Therapy:
As a Black-owned practice, we deliver culturally and trauma-informed mental health care
that respects the lived experiences of diverse communities. Our clinicians understand that
no two mental health journeys are alike, and we tailor every treatment plan accordingly.
Led Life Psychiatry specializes in advanced interventions for treatment-resistant depression
and anxiety, including Spravato (esketamine), ketamine-assisted therapy, and Transcranial
Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). We serve individuals who have not responded to traditional
antidepressants and may be facing severe, life-threatening symptoms.
Our mission is clear: provide evidence-based care, education, and research, offering
innovative treatments while expanding access for underserved populations, particularly
BIPOC communities disproportionately affected by gaps in mental health care. We are
actively addressing this disparity and have helped many patients regain stability, hope, and
quality of life.
As we expand, we are not only improving clinical outcomes but also strengthening
economic opportunity within the Black community. Led Life Psychiatry is building a model of
excellence, equity, and measurable impact in modern mental health care.
