My Approach to Therapy:
I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Courtney—a licensed therapist, self-love advocate, and believer that Black women deserve softness, ease, and spaces where they can simply be.
I help my clients unlearn survival mode, reconnect with their bodies, and create lives where they feel loved, seen, and valued. Whether you’re navigating burnout, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or feeling like you’ve been everything to everyone but yourself—I’m here to help you come back home to you.
How I Work:
I blend somatic healing, mindfulness, inner child work, and self-compassion. My style is warm, direct, and affirming—no code-switching, no masks, no “strong Black woman” performances required.
Sessions are a soft place to land. We check in, drop into your body, and create space for whatever needs to come up. Vent, cry, laugh, sit in silence. This space is yours.
