As an Expressive Arts Therapist, cultivating creativity is central to supporting clients in their therapeutic journey. While valuable, verbal language can be limiting and obstruct the range of one’s full expression, which is required for healing. I do this by integrating bibliotherapy/poetry, dance/movement, drama, art, and music under an intermodal expressive therapy's framework. This allows me, within the therapeutic space, to assist you in shifting, adjusting, supplementing, and deepening your inter/intrapersonal relationships.

The past 10 years of my professional trajectory has allowed me to engage with children, adolescents and adults in private practice, juvenile and adult correctional facilities, academic settings, and residential treatment programs.
