My counseling approach is person-centered, somatic, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I have an anti-oppression lens that guides my work. I'm a licensed therapist in the state of Illinois and can only provide counseling to those living in Illinois. I offer individual counseling, consulting, workshops, and one on one coaching services.
