My Approach to Therapy:
I work with children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, grief, or emotional overwhelm and are seeking a safe, supportive space to process their experiences. Many of my clients want relief from stress, stronger coping skills, and a greater sense of peace and stability in their daily lives. Their goal is to feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal and move forward with confidence.
My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based practices including TF-CBT, CPT, CBT, and strength-based interventions. I focus on helping clients feel safe, heard, and respected while we build emotional regulation skills, resilience, and self-confidence. Together, we work to reduce distress, manage stress more effectively, and support overall emotional well-being.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I understand how heavy life can feel when you’re doing your best just to hold everything together. I meet clients with patience, care, and respect for their unique stories, and we move at a pace that feels right for them. When you’re ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing process.
