I strive to empower individuals and families with information and resources that bring understanding to their situations to help them recover, rebound, and live their lives meaningfully and happily.
In addition, I help individuals and families to identify their strengths as well as their weaknesses to effectively achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations.
 I have experience working with clients who struggle with spiritual issues, anger management, depression, anxiety, grief, parenting, end of life, low self-esteem and childhood sexual abuse. I look forward to partnering with you in your healing and recovery process."
