My approach to therapy involves making sure the client knows they have agency over their stories and experience and that while I have the clinical training, that will never make me an expert on their life. I want to give as much control to clients as possible as we explore what they want to bring to therapy. I also enjoy help clients exploring their values and how to live a fulfilling and enriching life based on those values.
