Wei-Chin Hwang, PHD

As a professor and scientist-practitioner, I utilize an evidence-based approach in my psychotherapy practice. I take a culturally effective approach to integrating cognitive- behavioral, psychodynamic/analytic, and solution-focused treatment modalities to help improve client’s lives. Dr. Hwang has over 30 years of education, training, and experience in the field of psychology. He received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University ofCalifornia, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has two practice locations, one in Pasadena and one in Claremont, California.
