"I am a compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who utilizes the Wholistic Approach to practice. I also utilized a strength-based approach to help people move toward their preferred life story. I believe that it is imperative to address treatment of a person as a whole, mind, body and social factors.
Wholistic Therapeutic Services is the name I chose for my practice to embody the name and providing support to families through services that can heal the mind, body and spirit. My genuine empathy for others and desire to help them provide an environment that promotes greater openness, safety and trust, something that is essential for healing, change and growth. My area of expertise in providing counseling treatment services to families and couples surroundings a variety of issues including the following: coping with addiction and recovery, maternal mental health issues, life transition, depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, family problems, parenting difficulties, behavior problems with children/adolescents, relationship issues and grief/loss. In addition, I have a diverse background and over 17 years providing counseling services to children, adolescents, couples and families."
