I am a Teen and Millennial Therapist. I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults begin the self – exploration process, identify their self – worth and present themselves to the world authentically and confidently. I provide a safe space for my clients to process their feelings and be heard. My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I also utilize a variety of evidence-based methods to provide the best services to my clients. I typically work with adolescents and adults who may struggle with anxiety, grief, depression, phase of life issues, adjustment issues and trauma. I am here to support you on your journey.
