My Approach to Therapy:

As a BIPOC therapist, I believe that those who have been oppressed can provide the most empathetic and effective care to individuals who have experienced oppression. I understand what it feels like to face racism and intergenerational trauma.

Real, recognize real. I strive to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals, couples, and groups to heal and grow. My journey to reach this point has been far from straightforward, with many ups and downs. Maybe you can relate to that.

If you choose to work with me, I promise to show up authentically in our space as my true self, hoping to meet yours. Together, we will unlock your full potential and discover your "Imara."
