My Approach to Therapy:

I specialize in infusing Art Therapy with Buddhist Psychology and Evidence-Based practices. I will create space for you to be fully and deeply heard. From my experiences as a fellow human being and therapist, I offer a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to healing, influenced by my training with Pema Chödrön. Sessions will be healing-centered and solution-oriented, bringing you closer to your needs, wants and life goals.
I offer you a safe, non-judgmental sanctuary to process events as they unfold in your life. I will be there alongside you, supporting you in your process of self-discovery. In our work together, we may explore art-making, mindfulness techniques and cutting-edge evidence-based coping skills to produce lasting change.
