My Approach to Therapy:

I consider myself easygoing, creative, authentic, truthful, and playful in my professional and personal life. People seek therapy for a variety of reasons, and I aim to be nonjudgemental in all settings. In our culture we ask “what’s wrong with you?” but I see issues differently and holistically as I help explore “what happened to you?” from a trauma-informed lens.

My client base has consisted of children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and older adults with various mental health and behavioral health needs. Most commonly, I have worked with families with anxiety or depressive disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), personality disorders, PTSD, trauma, and addictions.

As a family and relational therapist, I aim to help you understand your automatic patterns and learn new or healthier approaches to use with yourself and those you love. I have extensive training in ecosystemic structural family therapy (ESFT) and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) that I use to guide our time together. While cultivating change is hard for most people, my goal is to help guide the process that can help you achieve your personal and interpersonal goals. Thanks for being open to trusting me on this part of your journey!
