My philosophy of care highlights an individual’s safety and healing, as well as restoring a sense of empowerment and feeling “seen,” and I believe in fostering a collaborative therapeutic alliance that is client-centered. My approach to psychotherapy employs interventions using a Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT) framework. I will also take an integrative approach incorporating tenets of Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing for adults struggling with mood and personality disorders, racial and general trauma as well as interpersonal issues.
