Each person presents with a unique need. Dr. Busch completes a thorough medical, social, and psychological history to co-create individualized treatment plans for her patients. A plan may include recommendations for lifestyle changes, psychotherapy, and or medication. She offers a number of psychotherapies. Psychodynamic psychotherapy can be helpful for those exploring the impact of the past on the present. She is trained in a number of cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) which have strong evidence for the treatment of anxiety, OCD, depression, insomnia, and many other conditions. Dr. Busch is medically trained which allows her to account for the body as a whole. She uses evidence and her clinical experience to consider medical conditions which impact mental health and to prescribe medications when indicated. Altogether, Dr. Busch is prepared to provide holistic care for her patients.
