My Approach to Therapy:
I work to address a range of issues including depression, anxiety, sexuality, spirituality, trauma, self worth, life transitions, workplace dynamics and navigating uncertainty all the while tracing your wellbeing to the impact of larger structural factors and systems.
As a former entertainment/fashion professional I'm interested in helping clients navigate highly nuanced spaces as they relate to the multiplicity of your identities and how you can stand in an empowered stance to generate personal expansion whatever that looks like for you. My intention is to help you deconstruct limiting stories that no longer serve you. To make visible the invisible in your life. To widen your horizons to identify a new range of paths and how to live into your new story.
I operate from the assumption that you are separate from the problems and that you have many strengths that will enable change. I am committed to collaborating with you in brave spaces to secure your way forward.
Together, we can grieve what was lost or never found, develop curiosity, uncover resiliency, self-compassion, meaning, and identify allies in your life which can be the loving foundation for forging new hopeful paths.
