My clinical practice focuses primarily on women and some of my specialties include addiction (SUD & AUD), anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, women issues, family dynamics, and other life transitions. My therapeutic framework is grounded in a strengthen-based approach to support women in need as they embark on their healing journey. My clinical framework includes Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief Therapy, and EFT, which promotes also, challenges 'her' unhealthy narratives, emotional instabilities, and fear-based behaviors. These clinical approaches allow me to provide hope, support, behavioral shifts, and healthy steps forward. I believe in change and I have observed such when the women I work with are willing to 'challenge themselves beyond their comfort zones' also embrace the numerous lessons learned from doing 'the work'. I look forward to aligning with each of my clients along their healing journey. I not only promote self-care in others, it’s how I live my life as well.
