Marci is a warm, inviting, and compassionate therapist who cares deeply for her clients’ wellbeing and healing. She graduated with a dual degree from Cambridge College in Mental
Health Counseling & Marriage and Family Therapy. Later, she returned to Cambridge College to obtain
an Advanced Certificate in Trauma Informed Care (CAGS). Marci believes that therapy should be a
collaborative and empowering process, and she draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities,
grounding her work with clients from attachment theory and depth-oriented psychotherapy, Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, Relational Cultural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused
Therapy. Also, Marci is convinced that humans are neurologically wired for healing through the power of therapy that integrates mind, body and spirit. Marci works individually with people to personalize their goals and experience in therapy based on their strengths and needs so that they feel empowered to make desired changes.
Marci is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is currently licensed in the states of MA and RI.
Moreover, Marci has experience working in a variety of mental health settings including, residential
care, outpatient & mental health facilities, primary care behavioral health, and community health
centers. Marci’s clinical areas of interests are addiction and recovery, cultural barriers, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, women issues, relational struggles, personal & professional coaching, clinical supervision, spiritual counseling, and other life transitions.
Marci is committed to helping her clients build (rebuild) healthy relationships and connections and she
believes that the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful catalyst for growth and change. Marci seeks to cultivate a safe, supportive, and challenging therapeutic environment for any woman seeking
Healing in her life. Marci not only promotes such self-care in others, it’s how she lives life as well.
Marci enjoys reading, journaling, serving at church, spending time with loved ones, painting & photography (creative arts), outdoors activities, health, wellness, & strength-training, and traveling.
